Quick and easy mindful moments for you or your class.

  • Close your eyes and just concentrate on counting to 10. If your mind wanders, start again.
  • For 2 minutes, in your head try to name all the names that start with H or all the food items that start with with P.
  • Focus on relaxing each muscle in your body from the tip of your head to your toes
