Notes from the Principal
Dear MacArthur Families,
A special thanks to all our parents for completing the parent survey. I know for many of our parents it is a hard decision to make, but just know our entire team will do our best to support all of our learners and we respect whatever decision each of you have chosen.
A special thanks to Damo’s Dogs for providing our entire team with a delicious lunch this week.
A special thanks to First United Methodist Church of Crown Point, Bonnie Meyer and all their volunteers for their very generous weekly donation of Buddy Bags for our Free Lunch students. We appreciate their hard work and compassion. This program has expanded into several of our Crown Point schools and for that reason they had to find a new facility that could accommodate their growth. Below are a few pictures of their new place.
Have a Great Weekend.

Moving to "Green" Status
CPCSC will move to “green” status on October 12th. Elementary students will be in-person 5 days per week. The school schedule will be 9:05 am – 3:44 pm.
There will be a one-hour late start on WEDNESDAYS. We will begin at 10:05.
Please complete the Crown Point Distance Learning Survey no later than tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. Thank you to all of those that have already completed the survey.
The survey can be found on your RDS Parent Access account here: https://intranet.cps.k12.in.us/rdsparentaccess/
You may opt for 5-day in-person instruction, or full 5-day distance learning. Please note: Due to the inability to fully social distance, masks will be worn the entire day, including during transportation times, with very few breaks. Student will be able to remove their masks during recess and lunch.
If you need assistance accessing the survey, please call our school office at 662-3600 and Mrs. Yothment or Mrs. Wasserott can assist you.
