Housekeeping Information

WMS Library Media Center Hours: 8:00 am until 3:30 pm every day. Students are welcome to come to the library before school to check out or return books, work on school projects, gather with friends, or relax with a good book!

7th Grade: 7th grade students are coming to the Library Media Center with their Language Arts classes every two weeks. So far, students have learned library guidelines, heard a book talk about the Truman Reader Award nominees, learned the basics of avoiding plagiarism, and practiced how to paraphrase.

8th Grade: 8th grade students are coming to the Library Media Center with their Language Arts classes every three weeks. Students have heard a book talk about the Truman Reader Award nominees and were given a reminder of how to use the library's resources.

All students can check out up to three items from the library. Items are due back to the library within two weeks but can be renewed if necessary. There are no late fees assigned but if a book is lost or damaged beyond repair, a bill will be sent home with the student.
