7th Grade:
Our 7th Grade STEM team has the amazing opportunity to pilot an online planner for our students. Students have set up this program in each class. It gives us, as teachers, the opportunity to place quizzes, projects, tests, etc on their online planner. In addition, the students can place their homework from our classes. The students 4 core classes are utilizing this program. However, the students can enter any homework or projects for their electives, too. There is an app available on your phones as well. The website is: MyHomeworkApp.com The App is: MyHomeworkApp – the Blue app not red. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Movement in the City PBL- for the next 6 weeks, 7th grade STEM students will be working on an integrated learning experience. This project incorporates content from all four core subjects at some point. Due to the way we are grouping students, they will be traveling as cohorts to each content class. This may alter the order they see each STEM teacher during the day, but it will not change in Skyward. Students have all been provided alternate schedules and informed of the process. So far it is going well! We will conclude the project on Feb. 16th. More information will be provided about how to see their finished projects.
