GUTEN TAG!
Octoberfest will be held on the island Saturday, October 17th. At this time, there are no school activities listed on the calendar.
Food service and grounds helpers are needed. There are two shifts, 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Partial shifts are available, too.
This will be a really fun way to start earning Key Club and NHS service hours. Everyone, however, is welcome to help.
Contact Mrs. DeBruin to sign up! A list will be provided to the Octoberfest organizers by October 15th.
Fall Youth Cheer Camp
On October 9th the fall cheer squad and approximately 50 little girls would love to extend an invitation to you all to join us for Youth Night.
We will be wearing the shirts from the 2015 Fall Youth Cheer Camp attached to this email. If you would like one to support the girls, the cost will be $10. All proceeds benefit the Fall Cheerleading program.
Turn your orders and payment no later than 4PM today. Turn into the office.

Snapshot
The yearbook photography monthly contest was a lot of fun last year. We would like to continue it this year. All students and staff are welcome to join in on the competition.
Each month there will be a theme of some sort. September's theme: RETURNING TO SCHOOL. Take a photo of anything that relates to RETURNING TO SCHOOL.
Send photo submissions to Mrs. DeBruin by email. The yearbook class will pick each month's winner. Prizes will be awarded. Photos will be displayed on the cafeteria television.
Good luck! Snap away!!!!
