PARENTING WITH LOVE AND LOGIC - CLASSES
Parenting With Love and Logic is a set of parenting techniques that have been around for over 40 years. (since 1977) These are simple techniques that offer parents additional tools to help raise responsible and respectful children. We all love our children and want them to succeed. These strategies help guide parents along that journey.
Facilitator: Jillian Robbins (Westridge 1st grade teacher) Jillian is a trained Love and Logic facilitator who has had the privilege of attending training sessions with the authors of Love and Logic. She is passionate about these techniques and has generously offered to facilitate these classes for us.
We are hoping to offer future classes several times this year. First Session: 6 weeks

The first two meetings will be held at the Learning Resource Center, 3550 Mills Civic Pkwy, WDM, IA 50265 due to construction at Westridge. All subsequent meetings will be held at the Westridge Media Center. We will not meet the first week of school or on Sept 13th to allow families to attend school events.
Cost: FREE of charge
Childcare: available upon request (please include this request in your email RSVP) Materials: Workbooks provided. We will be focusing on the workbook during classes. This first session is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and will be capped at 10 families (20 people). A waiting list will be available in case of cancellations. We are so excited to be able to offer this opportunity for our Westridge Families.
