St. Columba Catholic School - News Every Week - 12/10/21

St. Columba Families,

As we look ahead to the 3rd week of Advent, our focus shifts to the theme of Joy. With Christmas just 2 weeks away, we start to anticipate the Joy of the birth of Christ.

As a school community, we have much to be joyful about: the love of our families, the dedication of our teachers, the fantastic start of a school year full of learning, the friendships that our students and parents have developed within our school, and most importantly, the continued outpouring of God's love upon each of us.

This week, I pray that you can take time with your children to find moments of joy amidst the continuous chaos of this time of year!

Next week, we have a bunch of fun days planned to get us in that Joyful Christmas spirit!

I am definitely looking forward to our Christmas Program on Wednesday evening!

Here is a look ahead at the upcoming events on campus:

  • Monday, December 13: Wear Christmas Accessories with Normal Uniform
  • Tuesday, December 14: Wear Ugly Christmas Sweaters with Uniform Bottoms
  • Wednesday, December 15: Wear Red and Green with Uniform Bottoms; January Hot Lunch Orders Due; Christmas Program at 6pm (Students in Classrooms between 5:30-5:45pm)
