Wellness Wednesday

This week in Wellness Wednesday we looked at our next goals of Self Management and Ownership. The students were asked to think about these areas and what is hardest for them to control:

5 Things you can control every day:

  1. Attitude

  2. Words

  3. Actions

  4. Manners

  5. Effort

As parents and caregivers, we may want to step in and help our child with these areas. Check out this article that challenges that idea. What do you think?

Late Bus

We are monitoring the ridership of the AMS late bus which departs the middle school at 4:45pm each day. If the ridership does not increase, the SAU may consider eliminating this bus run. We will give advanced notice if this is the case. Please reach out to administration if you have questions.
