The snow may have created a challenge for some of us, but it's not too late to get back on track!
Let's get ready for Spring Break!
As of now, we have 26 people who have signed up for the Biggest Loser challenge. Please remember to weigh in weekly. Wednesdays are best, but don't skip a week! If you can't come that particular day, come in when you can. Accountability is a great way to stay on task.
Please encourage others to join. The more who join, the more the final prize! The 2nd place winner will receive 30% of the total, the winner, 70%! That really adds up! Let's get motivated to win some cash!

A great way to have more accountability is to keep a diary of what you are doing. A great App to help with that is My Fitness Pal. If you have never tried it, see what it has to offer. If you have tried it in the past and have gotten away from it, reconsider what it has to offer. With the more recent updates, it now allows you to keep a photo journal of your progress. What a great way to see results when you aren't feeling results!
