P-EBT is grocery money provided by the state of Oregon to families whose children qualify for free and reduced-price breakfast and lunch (Meal Benefits). Click on this link for more information
Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) funds.
- Nutrition Services continues to offer free MEALS to all BSD children aged 1-18 with no Meal Benefits application required. This will continue until the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
- New Information: The Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT)program, through DHS, will offer MONEY to families who qualify for Meal Benefits. The money is being offered to help families purchase groceries during the pandemic.
- Families who meet the criteria in this list for the 2020-2021 school year will receive P-EBT funds. No application or further action is needed by families who:
Have students only at CEP schools (families who have students at CEP and non-CEP schools need to apply for the non-CEP students to receive funds)
Have children who qualify for SNAP or TANF benefits
Have children with Homeless, Foster, Migrant, or Runaway status
Have applied and been approved for Meal Benefits at any time during the 2020-2021 school year. - Families who do not meet any of the above criteria need to apply right away for Meal Benefits if they wish to be considered for P-EBT funds. Online applications are strongly encouraged, using www.schoolcafe.com. The SchoolCafe website supports English and Spanish applicants.
- Paper Meal Benefits applications, in both English and Spanish, are available at all meal pickup sites and all school offices.

In-Person Hybrid Student Meal Plans
- Students will be able to eat breakfast and lunch for free at school on days they attend in-person instruction.
- Free meal bags with breakfast, lunch, and supper snacks will be available for students to take home at the end of their in-person school day to cover days they attend school from home and/or asynchronously.
- No registration is required.
- You can sign up for a 5-Day Meal bag for two weeks, until Hybrid starts. Select that block on the meal registration form and you are all set! Wednesdays 11:00-12:00.
CDL Student - Meal Plans
- All CDL students can access a free 5-Day Meal Bag every Wednesday from 11am-12pm.
- Meal bags include 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 supper snacks.
- Families can select a school to pick up these meals in the Meal Bag Registration Form.
- Registration is strongly encouraged.
- Children do not need to be present to pick-up meal bags.
- Anyone picking up meal bags must wear a mask.
Spring Sports Start April 5th - Sign up NOW Golf-Tennis-Track & Field- Softball- Baseball
Before you can participate you must complete the online registration. Look for the select language or translation button. Many languages available. For more info click here. You will register through the online payment system. You will need a ParentVue account to register. If you do not have a ParentVue account email ahs-communications@beaverton.k12.or.us. Include your student's full name and ID number. An access code will be emailed back to you.
