Aug. 30 ~ College Wednesday! Wear your favorite college shirt!

It's going to be very hot all week!!! Make sure you drink lots of water and stay hydrated!!

AVID T-shirts are for sale for only $10!!

Lost and Found is located in the front office...if you've lost something, come see if your missing item is there!

Parking Lot Safety

When dropping your student off in the morning, please pull all the way forward to drop them off at the gate that is to the left of the MPR. At the end of the parking lot, supervision is there both in the morning and afternoon to ensure that students cross safely. No students should be crossing Mercado, unless they go down to the crosswalk, this is for their safety. Unfortunately, cars may not see a student if they dart out in front of a car. If your student does walk home, please instruct them to leave campus at the end of the school day, too many students are lingering and horsing around by the street, when they should be headed home.

Rosecrans Road Construction

Caltrans advised us that road construction will begin on Monday (Aug. 28) on Rosecrans heading towards Beach Blvd. Apparently there's a very old pipe close to Rosecrans and Mercado that needs to be replaced. They're anticipating this to last approx 4 weeks. Please allow for extra time during drop off and pick up.
