GCISD Senior Survey & Order Final Transcript
ALL SENIORS are required to complete the following items prior to graduation.
1. GCISD Senior Survey (click here (Links to an external site.) to complete the survey).
IMPORTANT: Seniors will need to be logged in to their Google account to access the senior survey.
2. Place your FINAL TRANSCRIPT order:
- Click this link (Links to an external site.) on the GHS Counseling webpage to request your final transcript from Parchment to go to the college you will attend in the fall.
- Seniors: create your Parchment account if you haven’t already (use a personal email address, not your school email address as your school email address will become inactive after graduation).
- Order your transcript, select the destination, and select the “HOLD FOR GRADES” option (so 2nd-semester-course credits are included).
- Order 3-5 additional copies of your transcript to mail to yourself and keep in a file at home for future use! Beginning August 1st graduating seniors will be considered alumni and will be charged a $5 fee per transcript.
We highly encourage seniors to complete these two steps before senior checkout (aka "Mad Dash" on May 23rd and 24th during lunches).
