Hi everyone,
The mental health department put together some important information for parents and fun activities you can try with your child while we are out on break.
Mindfulness:

Use the writing prompts below as topic starters. Make sure you follow the rules of a conversation: make eye contact, stay on topic, ask follow up questions, etc.
