Reflections on Practice and Growth Description

Questions I receive often is " How long should my reflections be in EE? What should it include?" There is no magic answer for that question. For me, working out in the morning or driving home is where I am asking myself - What did I do well? What would I change? Did I handle a conversation or interaction the best way? Did I learn anything new today? These are just a few of the thoughts I use every day. It is not easy for us to reflect but there is no magic theme to do so. I think some of the comments from these teachers resonate with me in my reflective practice as well.
