2019-20 Catholic Community of Flint FREP Program Updates
FREP this Sunday: March 1, 2020
This Sunday, March 1st is the sixth meeting for families who are part of this year's FREP program. Be sure to mark your calendars for the remaining two sessions of FREP:
- April 5, 2020
- May 3, 2020 (Regular class meeting. There will not be a family activity this year)
HOMEWORK PICK UP and RETURN
Please remember, families are unable to attend FREP due to a family or personal schedule conflict:
- Monthly objective sheets and all related homework for classes and/or sacramental preparation are placed in the church vestibule for pick-up.
- Monthly objective sheets must be returned the month after FREP each month. The last objective sheet and any others not yet turned in are due on or before the last meeting of FREP on May 3, 2020.
- High School students and parents are reminded that homework for Parent Homework and Student Journals are due each month for assessment and feedback.
FREP Corporal Works of Mercy for March: Hygene Items
This Sunday, families are asked to contribute to our Corporal Works of Mercy Collection by bringing personal hygene items for men and women to benefit the St. Luke's N.E.W. Life Center Food Pantry.
5th and 8th Grade Mandatory Diocesan Tests Due March 1, 2020
PLEASE NOTE:
- All tests MUST be returned to St. John Vianney on March 1st.
- Tests will be sent to the Diocese of Lansing in late March to meet the announced deadline for arrival at the Diocese.
March FREP Theme for Families: SACRAMENTS
During the month of March, the theme and focus for students and families at FREP will be "The Sacraments."
