A Glimpse into Mathematics Classrooms Across the District

Implementation Week 33

It was a great week for Math and STEM @ Exeter! Another big thank you to everyone who helped to make "Spring into STEM" night such a success! We were even featured in the Sunday, May 3rd edition of the Reading Eagle!

I can't believe we are coming down the home stretch of the 2014-2015 school year. Could it be possible that there are only 23 days of school left? I enjoyed sitting down with each of the 2nd and 3rd grade teams this past week to share ideas and prepare for the last few weeks of school.

To wrap up this year and prepare for next, the math leadership team will be meeting on May 12th. Please share any ideas, concerns or feedback with your math leadership team member so that we can have an informed and productive discussion.

Have a great week!

Summer Materials Prep!!!

Just a reminder to talk with your Math Leadership Team representative to enter your summer materials prep needs into the google form I sent to them. This form is for each grade level to enter materials that can be prepped over the summer by community service volunteers and aides.

For instance, if you know that you need 10 decks of primary number cards copied, cut and laminated for next year, just let your MLT rep know and they can enter that into the google form for you. This will then be prepped and ready to go for you by the beginning of the school year.
