Mandala-what is it?

The word "mandala" is from the classical Indian language

Loosely translated to mean "circle," a mandala is far more than a simple shape.

It represents wholeness, and can be seen as a model for the organizational structure.

The mandala is actually seen as a meditation practice, containing many different symbols, each with their own significance, to be deeply contemplated. The creation and the destruction of the mandala itself also holds spiritual and psychological significance.

Creating a Mandala

So, can creating or coloring a mandala help me relax?

From choosing colors to the gentle, repetitive motion of your hands as you bring color to paper, coloring can be seen as a form of “active mediation”.

Let’s do it!

1. So start with a smile :) It will help raise your level of endorphins.

2. Decide if you want to create or own mandala or take someone else to color. If you create, please still color it.

3. You can color it however you want. Online, canyons, color pencils, markers, etc.

4.Let the colors choose themselves. You will be amazed at the color combinations when you are done.

5.Relax, color, save, upload, or scan.
