Decision Making

Deliberate

When making decisions I tend to make them deliberately and follow the Analytical style. People with that decision making style evaluates information through abstract thinking, avoiding incomplete data, focuses on tasks and details, takes a logical approach and has a high tolerance for uncertainty. Others could see my decision making as over controlling, too careful, abstract, or mathematical and sometimes too slow. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for planning or solving complex problems is important, such as science or engineering.
