COVID Reminders & Thank You!
From the Athletic Department: New OHSAA COVID Document Required
There is a new OHSAA Medical Authorization form for any student-athlete that has been infected with Covid-19. This documentation is mandatory for any positive 7th-12th grade athlete to return to play. The form can be turned in to the MS/HS office prior to return to practice, conditioning, competition, etc. This form will need to be signed by a medical doctor. The form can be found HERE and on the athletic website under documents/student athlete section. If you have any questions, please call the Athletic Office at 419-331-2580.
