Music Therapy
Learn about how you can use Music Therapy to effectively help reduce stress in your patients. Turn on a CD for your patient to help increase those Oxytocin levels and promote healing. Music is free and carries no complications!
Massage Therapy
Educate yourself on some fast, simple massage techniques that you can use on a nervous and anxious patient. Help work out that patient's tension and relax their muscles to help improve sleep, cognition, and increase their sense of well-being. Massages help increase circulation and blood flow to help your patient have a speedy recovery.
Guided Imagery
Send your patient to paradise with the use of Guided Imagery. Learn the basic on how to calm your patient down, or to help relieve their pain with the power of their own minds. Guided Imagery harnesses the power of meditation and deep breathing to allow the patient to visualize themselves in a place other than their current situation.
