The neighborhood has been full of activity this summer! The pool and the playground have been busy. Some of the changes you might notice are the new signs posted at the clubhouse parking lot, rules posted at the playground, solar lights at the entrance flower beds, a new fitness room door, and the completed sidewalk near the clubhouse!

Save the date for upcoming Berry Creek Events:

*JUNE 30 from 12pm-2pm: Come celebrate the 4th of July at the Berry Creek Pool! Hot dogs, drinks and popsicles will be provided by the HOA board. Bring a side dish to share with your neighbors!

*AUGUST 20 time TBA: Come to a neighborhood HOA meeting. Meet the new board, hear neighborhood news and share questions/concerns!

After considering feedback from residents, the Board voted to revert to the previous policy. Residents are no longer limited in the number of annual reservations, nor required to pay a usage fee. We appreciate the neighborhood feedback we received and the neighbors who attended board meetings to discuss the topic.

There are so many neighbors who help behind the scenes to keep Berry Creek an amazing place to live.

A big thank you to:

• The Scotts for hanging the clock above the clubhouse mantle.
• Pam Lanman for planting and watering flowers in the pool area.
• Rick Derringer for the new signs at the clubhouse parking lot and playground.
• Diane Fix for keeping our clubhouse clean each week!

We are sure there are many more neighbors to thank and apologize if we've left off anyone! Please let the board know of any neighbors you'd like to thank!

Please remember that HOA dues were due March 1. Thank you to all the residents who have paid their 2018 HOA dues. Your dues help with common area landscaping, pool and fountain maintenance, repairs and improvements. Residents that have not paid their dues are unable to reserve the clubhouse or use the pool and fitness room.
