SWE PTO Meeting - next Thursday, March 16
The SWE PTO is holding our annual elections on Thursday, March 16 at 6:00 p.m. We need new nominations for all offices and voting will take place that same night.

Wednesday night, Ellie Gosser & Camille Thopy attended the Shelby County Ag Promotion Banquet.
Camille Thopy & Dane Kissell were also awarded the Ag Promotion Scholarship! Congratulations!
Dane Kissell was recently awarded a trip to Colorado to attend the NextGen conference. It was a fantastic trip! Thank you National FFA for the opportunity to attend this conference. Mrs. Bradley and Dane met lots of new friends, learned a great deal, and enjoyed the scenic views

Spartan Cupboard Food Pantry
The Spartan Cupboard will be open the first and third Tuesdays of the month. The pantry will follow SW's inclement weather schedule. If school is canceled due to inclement weather, the pantry will be closed.
Southwestern Consolidated School District is grateful to be able to provide our community with a food pantry on campus, Spartan Cupboard. During your first visit, you will need to bring proof of residency, no income required. The Spartan Cupboard is open the first and third Tuesday of every month between 5 PM - 6:15 PM located in Southwestern Junior - Senior High School. Patrons can choose from a variety of food items such as the following:
- Canned Food Items (vegetables, fruits, soups, beans, ravioli, tuna, chicken, etc.)
- Breakfast Items (oatmeal, cereals, pancake mix, and syrup)
- Boxed Food Items (macaroni & cheese, ramen noodles, pastas, beef stroganoff, rice, etc.)
- Personal Care Items (toilet paper, deodorant, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste)
- Fresh & Frozen Food items (milk, eggs, cheese, bread, and a variety of meats)

Donate to The Spartan Cupboard Online!
To donate to The Spartan Cupboard online, click on the button below and follow these steps:
- Login with your account or select guest sign-in
- Search and select Southwestern Consolidated Schools then select "save"
- Once redirected to a screen for The Spartan Cupboard, click the shopping bag for Spartan Cupboard Donation
- Choose a school (all funds go into the same account so choosing either is fine)
- Enter the amount you would like to donate
- Add to cart
- Fill in payment information
- Click "Submit Order"
*NOTE: A $3.00 convenience fee will still be applied to these donations.
Safety is one of our district's top priorities and to help safeguard our school community, we've taken an important step that we want to share with you. Our district is now using

And, tips may also be submitted anonymously if you prefer. Together, using SafeSchools Alert, we can make our district a safer place to work and learn! Thanks in advance for your support!
