Perkiomen Valley Athletics

Week of October 11

Fall Sports

Dear PV Athletic Community,

As we approach the last few weeks of fall sports, it is great to see our teams compete and position themselves for District 1 and PAC playoff seedings. As athletes and coaches, this is the best time of the year so I wish all of our teams the best of luck as their seasons wind down. Boys' and Girls' Golf has ended for the year and I want to congratulate all of our athletes and also thank our coaches for their dedication this season. Both teams were a pleasure to watch and had very successful seasons. Good luck to the girls' tennis team as they qualified as the #15 seed to play Conestoga today. If you have the chance, please come out and recognize our seniors on their senior nights as water polo, field hockey, and cross country all have their special nights this week. You can find out the details under each sports section below. Lastly, I would like to point out how nice it was to see PV alumni who have served in the military come to our Salute to Service Night on Friday and receive the recognition they so much deserve. The football team looked pretty good too as they defeated OJR 49-7.

Included in this newsletter is information regarding our winter sports sign-ups. Please register by November 8 so we can best prepare for our winter sports seasons. We hope to see you soon at our events.

Sincerely,

Robert L. Felty Jr.

Athletic Director
