Cortney Kays
In this week's Panther Applause, we would like to recognize Cortney Kays. Mrs. Kays is in the Science Department and teaches Advanced and AP Biology.
"Cortney Kays is our Science Leader and has done an outstanding job organizing and helping all of our new teachers in science. In addition to being so helpful, she also has such an awesome attitude toward everyone!"
Camp iHope
CHHS Panther Football hosted a Gold Out Scrimmage game at the start of school to collect donations for the Camp iHope Foundation. Camp iHope is a camp hosted locally for children battling childhood cancer and their siblings. While at camp, children get to let loose and forget about their battles with cancer while spending time and creating memories with their families.
We would like to say thanks to the CHHS Cheerleaders for help us collect money at the Gold Out Scrimmage!
THANKS FOR THE DONATIONS
Our CHHS teachers and staff had training on Friday, Oct. 5. Our CHHS PTSA provided them with breakfast that morning. A very special thank you to Einstein Bros Bagels, Starbucks on Glade, Dunkin' Donuts, Tom Thumb, and Las Hadas for catering. Also thank you Jackie Turner and Rosalinda Lam for organizing and setting up the breakfast, everything was wonderful!
