Causes & Symptoms
Hypertension/High Blood Pressure is caused by eating food with high sodium and with high fat content.
How will I know if I have it?
The symptoms include an elevated heart rate, dizziness, etc.
Your blood pressure shouldn't be low, pre-high, or high
You need to eat as much food as you can without lots of sodium
Foods to Increase & Avoid
You need to prevent certain foods Foods that you need to increase to avoid form having high blood pressure are: low sodium foods, fresh foods, and whole grains.
Foods to avoid are: low fiber, processed snack food, and high fat foods.
