📋Attendance Intervention Suite📋
Please know that each and every day since it launched (at 5pm on September 29th), only one week ago today...that progress has been made. We have been learning, reflecting, editing, updating, reflecting again...and it just keeps getting better. Growth is not made in the comfort zone, that's for sure! We appreciate your patience as we work on a tool that will promote regular school attendance as fundamental to a student's academic and personal development.
Elevate NM
General Guidance
NMPED strongly encourages all teachers to frequently check their scores and feedback throughout the school year regarding Elevate NM on Canvas. In fact, notification preferences can be adjusted to receive notifications when scores/feedback have been posted! In addition to the bite-sized video showing how to view/save/print scores and feedback, this document will provide a step-by-step written guide on how to view, save, and/or print your scores and feedback. It is also highly recommended that teachers save and/or print a final copy at the end of the school year to keep in their records. Lastly, if/when teachers transition from one school to another, it’s recommended that teachers save and/or print a copy of all scores/feedback up to the point of their transition to keep for their records and also to potentially provide to their new administrators.
📑ASSESSMENT ALLEY📑
Please complete ISIPs ASAP
Please make sure you are completing your ISIPs as early as possible in the month. The more time your students have in the adaptive lessons, the more opportunity they have to be exposed to their intervention and progress in the next ISIP. The picture below show our status as of this morning.
👇Look below at the Math ISIP Rate of Improvement!👇
Look at us moving those Level 1 kiddos in math!! After 3 months of ISIPs, Istation calculates Rate of Improvement (ROI) and then will monthly after that. Our ROI in Level 1 students in "high" meaning, that in 3 months, students are "improving faster than expected". Woo hoo!!! That is because of YOU and your invaluable tier 1 core instruction and consistency to Istation intervention minutes. What an exciting place to start in...let's see those Level 2s move next month as well! Woo!
