Late Pick-Up Extended Care Policy
Extended Care Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Please be on time to pick up your child. If you arrive after 6:30 p.m., your account will be charged a late fee of $5.00 for every 5 minutes late until 6:45 p.m. and then $10.00 for every 5 minutes late thereafter until the child is picked up.
Please review the Late Pick-Up policy below as our staff will take all necessary steps to ensure the safety of your child:
Step 1: 6:35 pm: Extended Care staff will call primary phone numbers. You are required to communicate with Extended Care staff within 15 minutes of the first phone call.
Step 2: 6:35 - 6:50: Extended Care staff will call all emergency contacts.
Step 3: 7:00 pm: Extended Care staff will call Lake Oswego Police Department non-emergency dispatch.
Failure to follow policy, may result in suspension of your child from our program. Please review and update emergency contact numbers on MyProcare.com to ensure accurate information is on file.
Online Registration
The District's online registration system is now open for the 2019-2020 school year. This will replace the paper-based system and will be used for students who have never enrolled in the District before. Parents who have a new student starting school next year will be able to learn about online registration through:
Kindergarten Registration - deadline May 1
Lottery Deadline: May 1, 2019
Lottery Tier 1: Siblings currently attending the same resident school will be given priority and will not go into the lottery but MUST register by the May 1 deadline
Lottery Tier 2: Age-eligible registrations received by May 1, 2019
Lottery Tier 3: All registrations (including sibling and early admission) received after May 1, 2019, are subject to availability
Lottery Date: May 8, 2019
Lottery Notification Date: May 10, 2019
Kindergarten Transition
Registration for the Summer Kindergarten Transition program is now open. Our teachers are ready to embark on this educational journey with your child in a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The program offers students meaningful experiences while promoting a lifelong love for learning. Register today!
Dates: Monday to Thursday, July 29 to August 8
Student Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Parent Schedule: July 30th, August 1st, August 6th, and August 8th 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Fee waivers/Fee Reductions
Consistent with its mission to be an inclusive learning community, the Lake Oswego School District accepts requests for fee waivers or fee reductions for students currently enrolled within the Lake Oswego School District that participate in district extra-curricular or enrichment fee-based programs.
