Join Foodies in exploring a concept that takes university dining to a new level!

This month we are getting treated to a special menu from our very own University Towers Kitchen on campus. The theme will be based around Thanksgiving dishes with some International Fusion Combination plates. The idea of this ROM is to discover international holiday cuisine. It will be as fun and exciting as it sounds with chefs John Zamora and George Lepre taking us on a culinary journey and explaining the concept of the restaurant. We will be served one small plate at a time followed with the background and importance of dish. So don't miss out!
