Senior Exit Survey

All seniors MUST complete the Class of 2021 MCHS Senior Exit Survey in Naviance BEFORE their scheduled Senior Clearance appointment. The Senior Exit Survey is a graduation survey conducted as part of MANDATORY Senior Clearance and allows the school counselors to collect data regarding your post-graduation decisions and provide necessary transcripts to your college or university.

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. This information is very helpful and important to us. Please read the instructions carefully, and if you are unsure how to answer anything, ask for help. Most of the questions are on behalf of the School Counseling Department. Your school counselor may also want your contact information to connect with you during your college/apprenticeship/vocational program, or with your permission, to put you in touch with students considering your same college or program.

To Access the Class of 2021 MCHS Senior Exit Survey:

Please log into your Naviance account, then click on About Me, then My Surveys, then Surveys Not Started. On that page you will see the Class of 2021 MCHS Senior Exit Survey. Your school counselor will review your responses with you at your Senior Clearance appointment. If you need help accessing your Naviance account, please contact your school counselor.

LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS: Please be sure to send a Thank You note to the organization that generously provided you with a scholarship!
