Pilates is a great exercise discipline for strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, co-ordination. By focusing on our core and postural muscles, Pilates helps to develop a strong centre for all activity - whether for playing a round of golf, a ski holiday, or simply to feel and look better every day. Ideal for spinal strength and mobility - a regular Pilates class can help make every day great!

Core Focus Pilates, Colwall - Class Timetable

Wednesdays – starting Wednesday 7th January 2015

All classes are based on the Fundamentals principles of Pilates with adaptations to suit particular needs. The following descriptions should be used as a guide – if the time suits, the class will suit too!

1.30 – 2.25pm – Pilates Balance & Movement.

A fun class designed to appeal to ladies ‘d’un certain age’

2.30 – 3.25pm – Core Pilates

3.30 – 4.25pm – Core Pilates

Fundamentals. Think Pilates is easy? Back to basics is not an easy option. Learn about core, balance, strength …

6pm – 6.55pm – Office Pilates

Sit at a desk most of the day? Commute? Deal with stress-y work related issues? This one is for you.

7pm – 7.55pm – Ski Fit Pilates.

Limited six week session only. If you’re off to the slopes, why not get an all-rounded fitness plan to make your trip all the more enjoyable?

Classes are held at Colwall Community Church. Class sizes are limited so booking essential. Cost only £30 for a course of 6 classes for classes before 5pm, after 5pm still great value at £36 for 6 classes.
