Dear Parker Middle School Families,
We cannot wait to welcome students back to school in just a few days! The first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 31. Breakfast will be served starting at 7:15 a.m. Homeroom begins at 7:50 a.m. Staff members will be available to direct students to their homerooms as they arrive at school.
It was great to see our grade 6 students who were able to attend Welcome to Parker and I enjoyed chatting with students during the Popsicles with the Principal events on Wednesday.
This past week I shared a Google Form to sign up for a Chromebook charger if your child(ren) will be choosing to transport their computer to and from school. Here is a link to that form.
I am also sharing a document that contains dates of interest for the 2022/2023 school year.
School Pictures will take place on the second day of school, Thursday, Sept. 1. Information on school pictures will be sent home on the first day of school, so please check your child's backpacks. We will offer retakes in October for anyone who needs them.
Finally, be sure to check out my newsletter from last week that contains a detailed Q&A regarding information that will help you with the transition back to school. As always, do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
I look forward to a great year together. Go Panthers!
Sincerely,
Rochelle
