Dear Hoffman Families,
It is the middle of the school year and it's time to check in on how we're doing! Your input is important for this! Please help us by taking the 5Essentials survey:
Click here to take the survey!
We need at least 20% of parents to respond in order to receive results! This also helps our score on the state report card - help us keep our "Exemplary" status!!
Take Care,
Selene

Kids Heart Challenge
Our Kids Heart Challenge is coming to an end and our students have done an amazing job learning how to keep their hearts and minds healthy!
This is your last chance to join us. You won’t want to miss out on learning 7 ways from our heart heroes on ways to keep your whole heart healthy!! Which heart hero is your student's favorite?
- If you haven’t already, register at heart.org/KHC and Download the App for iPhone or Android by searching for Kids Heart Challenge. See your Heart Heroes come to life, take selfies with your heroes, and fundraise from your mobile device. You can even scan checks in the mobile APP!
- Send 10 emails, ecards, or texts to family and friends and share the message of heart health! It’s so easy, with pre-written messages in your Headquarters.
- Complete FINN’S MISSION to learn about Hands-Only CPR, how to spot a stroke F.A.S.T., and how to help spread awareness by connecting to social media.
THANK YOU! Your family is an important part of our school’s Kids Heart Challenge team. Together, our efforts will help the American Heart Association save lives! I cannot thank you enough!
When you support KHC, you are helping kids with special hearts. Learn more about how your donations help families just like Siddharth.
Don’t forget: Double your Gift! Check to see if your employer will match your donation today! Follow the steps and forward the confirmation to matchinggifts@heart.org to have this added to the student’s fundraising page.
