We are excited to have you join us in Philadelphia in just 1 day!

The conference will be held from Tuesday, July 29th to Wednesday, July 30th in Philadelphia, PA. Please review the information below in preparation for this week's events.


July 29th

Getting To The Kimmel Center

The Kimmel Center is located just 5 blocks from the Radisson BLU Warwick Hotel.

Transportation will be available outside of the main entrance of the Radisson BLU Warwick Hotel Philadelphia starting at 5:30pm. Buses will depart every 15 min with the first bus departing at 5:45pm and the last bus departing at 6:30pm. Return transportation to the hotel will be available at the conclusion of dinner.

Should you choose to drive or walk to the Kimmel Center, you may arrive starting at 6pm and use the Broad St. entrance.

Additional Information


· Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 pm. While every effort will be made to ensure that your room is ready upon arrival, we appreciate your patience if you encounter a short wait.

· A credit card will be required at check-in for all of your hotel charges.

· Luggage storage will be available upon arrival on Tuesday 7/29 if needed at the concierge stand.

· At check-out, be prepared to settle your account with the front desk. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

· Luggage storage will be available on Wednesday 7/30 at the Event Staff Office for your convenience.


Philadelphia International Airport is located just nine miles southeast of the hotel. Taxi cab fare is approximately $25 to or from the hotel and airport. Additionally, the Lady Liberty airport shuttle departs the airport every 15 minutes from 5:30 a.m. to midnight. For more information, go to: www.ladylibertyshuttle.com.

Valet parking is available at the hotel at a discounted daily rate of $28.


On site registration will be held in the lobby of the Kimmel Center from 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday and outside of the Grand Ballroom from 6:30am to 7:30am on Wednesday for those not attending the dinner. Please stop by the registration desk to retrieve your meeting materials.

Please note that name badges are required for admittance to all meetings and functions.
