We Are Community Stewards--Pirates Living Out the Mission and Vision!
Little Free Pantry The Junior class collaborated with the middle school to build and fill a new food pantry! The pantry is located by the senior center. The junior class is leading the school in community service work! | Student Council Builds Community and Culture The student council worked with Ms. Cochran to make a plan to improve school culture. The students determined that their goal would be to improve collaboration between students and teachers. Student Council is planning events to foster this collaboration throughout the year! | Student Brings Excitement to a Once-In-A-Lifetime Event! Senior Triston Phillips took it upon himself to organize an amazing entrance for the first playoff game of the football season. It was the first time since the 90's for the Pirates to host a playoff game, so Triston reached out to a local air-vac team and arranged with them to fly in the game ball. To top it all off, Triston made sure that the team would deliver the ball to everyone's favorite football player, the Pirate with the BIGGEST heart of gold--Bobby Beard. |
