Emergency Medical Authorization Update
Have You Completed the Emergency Medical Authorization Update?
Please log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal to update your student's Emergency Medical Authorization.
This is an ANNUAL REQUIREMENT that must be completed before students may participate in any field trips or off-campus activities.
School Meal Information
Cafeteria Prices for 2022-23
REMINDER: Families are required to pay the following prices for meals purchased in our school cafeterias.
Breakfast
All schools: $1.50
Lunch
Elementary: $2.75
Middle School: $3.00
High School: $3.00
- Online payment with debit and credit cards can be made through Infinite Campus to your student's meal account. Once logged into your account, look for the "Food Service" tab on the left.
- You may also check on your student's meal account balance through Infinite Campus.
- Payments made by cash, check, or money order can be paid for each student at their respective schools.
- Check or money orders should be made payable to “Name of School”.
- Please write your student's name and building in the memo portion of your check, or include a separate note with this information.
Free & Reduced-Price Meal Application
If you believe your family may qualify for free/reduced-price meals, please apply online with these easy steps:
- Sign in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Choose "MORE" in the left-hand column.
- Choose "MEAL BENEFITS".
If approved, the completed application will cover the student for the entire 2022-23 school year, and no other steps will be necessary unless there is an income change during the school year.
Or, you may print and complete this paper Free/Reduced-Priced Meal Application (PDF) or pick one up at your student's school if you prefer.

Phase Two Projects
Building Pride for Our Future
In November 2020, voters in the Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools district approved a bond and operating levy to fund Phase Two of the GJPS Master Facilities Plan.
Phase Two of the Master Facilities Plan Includes:
- Additions and renovations to High Point and Blacklick Elementary
- New Lincoln High School on current site
BinaxNOW At-Home Rapid Test Kits Available for Symptomatic Students and Staff
BinaxNOW At-Home COVID-19 Rapid Test Kits are currently available for students and staff currently enrolled in GJPS schools who are EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS of COVID-19.
REQUEST FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ADVANCE
While supplies last, you may request kits for:
The number of students you have enrolled in Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools in your household who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
The number of GJPS staff in your household who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
A confirmation email will not be sent.
PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN PICKING UP A RAPID TEST AT THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

After completing a Rapid Test Kit Request Form, kits are available for pick up at:
