Misunderstood Villain - MALEFICIENT
So here’s the thing about Maleficent: all she really wanted was to be invited to a party. This entire film could have been resolved with a little bit of royal decorum. As a king and queen, you have certain responsibilities, and part of those involve making diplomatic choices about crown-sanctioned events. When you’re the king celebrating the baptism of your first child, you have to invite everyone who matters to the celebration. When they invite all the other fairies to the party, but not Maleficent, they’re slighting her in a very public manner. Imagine how you feel when all of your friends go out to dinner without you, and multiply it by a thousand. If Maleficent had been invited, you know she would have brought a really awesome gift for Aurora, none of this beauty and song rubbish. But instead, they chose to alienate one of the most powerful people in their kingdom, setting her up with a grudge against their daughter before she can even talk. So anyway, in conclusion, Maleficent is just another would-be party guest feeling particularly hard done by. And we’ve all been there.
Masquerader - KATNISS EVERDEEN
Description-Katniss Everdeen is a teenage girl who lives in District 12, an region in the country of Panem. She's a volunteer tribute in Panem's annual Hunger Games, having taken the place of her younger sister in an act of self-sacrifice.
Likes include: bows, arrows, and a certain guy named Gale.
Archetype- the masquerader, she is a masquerader because even though she is from district 12 and is not really fancy she disguises her self as the "girl on fire" and acts like a person from district 1 or even the capital to trick the people to sponsor her so she can get resources during the games to help her win.
Manipulator - LOTSO
Lotso at first was like any other teddy bear/toy he was loved and cared for by his owner he was a every loving and caring teddy bear. But when his owner forgot him at the park his life took a turn at the worst and became the manipulator at the sunny side daycare.
At first, Lotso seemed grandfatherly and kind-hearted, welcoming all toys to the Sunnyside Daycare, but it quickly became apparent that this was only a facade to hide his true nature: that of a tyrannical dictator ruling Sunnyside like a toy prison and having no trace of sympathy or comedy in him. He lied to Big Baby and later to the toys at the Sunnyside Daycare, telling them that their owners did not love them and that all toys were trash awaiting disposal. He is constantly seen using violence to threaten others (including forcing them to spend a night in the sandbox if they disobey, as he did with Mr. Potato Head), and shows absolutely no mercy for his victims and hostages. Those definitive qualities were the result of the fact that he felt betrayed when he found out Daisy replaced him after she lost him, refusing to take on the fact that she only did it because she loved him so much. Anger, malice, hypocrisy and sadism are the most definitive features in Lotso.
