It is a lot healthier to eat a bowl of fruit rather than, a bag of chips. This is because, fruit and other healthy foods make your body feel good and give you energy. Unhealthy food gives you energy but, after a few minutes you will crash from that 'energy' that unhealthy foods give you.

Get Healthy Challenge

The best challenge is to work out everyday. The first few days take it slow, don't do too many reps. After a week or two, increase the number of reps you do. Once you are used to the exercise, challenge yourself to see how many reps you can do. Eating right and exercising are the best way to start living a healthy life. So, go out there and get active!
