The MELT Method is a unique self-treatment technique that simulates the benefits of hands-on bodywork, so you can feel great anytime! Come learn how to release tension in the pelvis, hydrate your ribs and rebalance your core for improved movement, relief of pain and increased stability during life activities. This is a 60-minute class that requires participants to have some upper body strength and the ability to get on and off the floor independently."
