A Fighter and Survivor
Mike Barcikowski is a three-time, heavy-weight cancer-fighting champion from Beaufort, SC. Since his first bout with the indiscriminate foe in December 2007, he's repeatedly gone toe to toe with brain and liver cancer through multiple rounds of radiation, surgery, ablation and Gamma Knife.
As a stage IV cancer fighter, his latest challenge is the brain cancer that has re-appeared with a vengeance. Two tumors grew into nine in only a month’s time. Mike had Gamma Knife again in June 2012 and has another one scheduled in the coming weeks. His medical bills are massive, but not as big as his courage and will to fight.
Proceeds will help knock his medical bills down to size and benefit brain cancer research at the facility where he’s received such incredible care! Please join us in this worthy fight!
