We will continue to learn about the American Revolution this week and have a quiz and test about it. Then we will start learning about the French Revolution.
Parents please know that I am honored by the privilege to teach your child. I have had a blast getting to know them this year. Please check the Parent Portal for any missing work. If your child has a zero., they need to make it up ASAP before October 18th. I must report the first nine weeks grades on the 18th.
Monday, I am taking the 8th grade on a field trip, so 7th graders missing work need to let me know ASAP.
Wednesday is a half day!

Students will review and have a nine weeks assessment. We will continue our study of the rise and fall of Napoleon.
7th Grade ELA
Students will review and prepare for a nine weeks assessment. We will continue with vocabulary building activities and our study of what good writers do.
Dance - Mrs. Brewington
Science - Mrs. Griffin
The students will continue constructing explanations of how soil quality (including composition, texture, particle size, permeability, and pH) affects the characteristics of an ecosystem using evidence from soil profiles. There will be a quiz on Wednesday from Soil Notes along with assignments from Study Island and USA Test Prep.
Math - Mr. Smith
7th grade math students are finishing chapter 3 on percents. Their homework makes a great study guide. There are also multiple videos on google classroom to help prepare. Chapter 3 test is on Wednesday, October 17th
