Healthy Relationships
During this group, students will enhance their knowledge about healthy and unhealthy friendships, dating life, and family relationships.
Dates: Tuesdays- November 18th through December 16th, 2014

Stress/Anxiety Management
During the workshop, students will explore good and bad stress, triggers, and causes. They will also discuss healthy ways to manage and cope with stress, anxiety, and worry such as physiological adjustments, using guided relaxation techniques, visualization, positive self-talk. Students will be active participants in stress relieving activities. They will keep a stress log to monitor feelings, triggers, and track success of interventions.

Decision Making
During this group, students will identify personal values, discuss how ethics and values influence the personal and group decision making process, develop and utilize a decision making model, analyze how being able to make ethical decisions can make one a more effective leader
Time: 3:40p.m.-4:30p.m.
