Bright Spots

Several of our seniors have already completed the FAFSA (Federal Student Financial Aid Application) and college applications! In addition to having counselors on hand to help students complete these applications, we have representatives from CalSOAP, SDSU, and UCSD to help students finalize their personal insight questions (PIQ). Please encourage your senior to visit the counseling center in room 607 for more information.

Our partnership with Junior Achievement of San Diego is expanding! We are proud to afford more high-quality paid internship opportunities. Check out this story on the impact these internships are having for our students. Students who signed up in advance to take the PSAT will be taking it on Tuesday, October 25th from 8:30 A.M.-12:30 P.M. Please contact Ms. Romanowsky at lromanowsky@sandi.net if you have any questions.

Homecoming Dance

Our homecoming dance is taking place on Saturday, October 29th from 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. at Lincoln High School. This year will be a masquerade theme and the colors are gold, green, purple and black. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased during lunch at the Finance Office.

Football, cheer, drill, and drumline will be celebrating their Senior night next Friday 10/28 right before the football game vs. Madison. The game is neon themed!!

Lunch Deliveries by Parents and Caregivers

Parent and care givers who choose to deliver their student lunch must park their car and enter the school to drop the food off at the Welcome Center. Students are not allowed to leave campus during the school day or walk out into the parking lot. Food must be delivered at the beginning of lunch. Students will not be allowed to miss class time to come to the Welcome Center once class begins. Food will be secured, and students can get it after school. Food delivery by services such as Uber Eats or Grub Hub will be turned away. The school is not responsible for lost lunches.
