Active Minds - National Eating Disorder Awareness Week

Active Minds at Temple is an organization on campus dedicated to reducing stigma and raising awareness regarding mental health issues. Active Minds meets bi-weekly on Mondays from 5 to 6 in the Student Center.

Our next meeting is on Monday, February 22nd, and will be focusing on National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. We are going to have a guest speaker, Kara Stroup, who is a member of Temple’s lacrosse team and has experience advocating for eating disorders, as well as suicide prevention.
