The Eighth Annual Runnin’ WJ Ranch Benefit Barrel Race will be held June 18-21 at Four States Fairgrounds Arena. We had over 1,700 rides last year and we are looking forward to another great race next month!

Thursday----June 18th


Grounds opens for Stall and or RV check in after 9:30am. Books open 9:30 am., Exb. 10am. - 9 pm.


Friday-----June 19th ----OPEN 5 D $2000 ADDED


Books open at 8 am.

EXB. 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Stick Horse Race 5yrs, 4yrs, & 3yrs and Under

OPEN--- Begins promptly at 11 am.

SATURDAY-----June 20 st----OPEN 5 D $5000 ADDED


Books open 7:30 am.

NO EXB.

OPEN begins 8:00 am.

After rider 150 we will introduce 2 youth students and side walkers from Runnin WJ Ranch.

After rider 250 we will have our Tack/Walk on the arena floor for all barrel racers, family and spectators that would like to participate, entry fee $5 per person. Lots of fun and 100 prizes to be given away.

7:30 am.Church service in the coliseum with Pastor Todd Hervey of the Circle J Cowboy Church of Texarkana, AR.

Runnin' WJ Ranch

Runnin' WJ Ranch, a Christian non-profit organization, opened its doors for therapeutic riding classes in September of 2001. The core of the operation is its over 400 volunteers. Runnin' WJ Ranch is a PATH International Premier Accredited Center (www.pathintl.org). Runnin' WJ Ranch is under the direction of Executive Director, Sam Clem, and is funded by organizations, foundations and individual donors.
