Kia ora e te Whanau
It was cool to catch up with so many of you a the 'Meet the Teacher' evening on Wednesday. Over 240 sausages were cooked and only 6 remained (the one's that I burnt!).
This Wednesday 14 February we are hosting two special events; the first is a Mihi Whakatau (welcome) for our new students and staff members. The other is a 'Black and White' day - we are encouraging everyone to come to school dressed up in black and white to commemorate a year since Cyclone Gabriele.
Team Pipi is holding their first meeting of the year this Tuesday 13 February. You are all invited to come along to hear about fundraising events for the year. New members are most welcome.
Have a lovely weekend!
We are getting closer to the completion of our Playscape! The sandpit and outdoor stage are complete and other elements are coming together nicely.
