PANERA FUNDRAISER
REPORT CARD INFORMATION
On Friday, December 10th, Trimester 1 Report Cards will be distributed for your child via email. Within the message will be a secure link to a pdf download of the Trimester 1 Report Card. There are a few steps you can take in preparation for the release of these report cards, in order to make the process a smooth one for you.
First, to access the report, you will need to click on the secure link within the body of the email. When you click on the link, you will be prompted to enter a password. The password is your child’s student number. This number can be found by logging into your PowerSchool Parent Access account. Once logged into PowerSchool, it is the 6 digit number at the top center portion of the screen. It will begin with a 5. If you are unable to locate this number, please contact the building secretary at your child’s school.
TRADITION HERE AT ROBINWOOD
In order to showcase the many cultures that make up our Robinwood Family, we will again be displaying a Cultural Tree in the lobby outside of the library. We are asking interested families to donate a decoration to be placed on the tree. This item can be either purchased or handmade. It should however depict a part of your culture or native country. Please place any decorations in a bag with a note as to what holiday and country they represent. We will then label the items with a tag stating that information. These items will not be returned, they will be kept to be reused in following years.
Also, in keeping the spirit of giving alive, beginning the week of November 30th, Robinwood's Student Leadership Team will be partnering with Southbrook Church to host a winter clothing drive that will benefit refugee Afghan families currently living at Fort McCoy. Items will be collected from November 30th - December 17th. Collection bins will be placed underneath the Cultural Tree where students can place their donated items. New or gently used items currently being requested are below:
- Children & Adult Winter Items such as: coats, hats, mittens, scarves, boots and snow pants.
Thank you for your support!

MASK REMINDERS
As we continue to require masks for students, please remember the following:
It’s a good idea to wash your child’s mask frequently, ideally daily if possible.
Please ensure that your child has a few masks to rotate throughout the average school week
Please send an extra mask in your child’s backpack in the event they need another mask
When choosing masks for your child, please look for masks that have 2 or more layers of breathable fabric, cover their nose and mouth, fit snugly across the sides of their face, and don’t have gaps.
If you need help with getting additional masks, please contact the school’s main office.

HOLIDAY SHOP
Starting next week, our students will get to shop our very own HOLIDAY SHOP! Prices range from $.25 to $16.25. There truly is something for everyone. Please look in your students backpack or folder as there will be a flyer and budget envelope coming home. You and your child can preview the upcoming shop at: https://8232550.holidaytreasures.com. This will make it easy for your child to do some visual shopping before entering the shop with their teacher next week. We will have each class slot sign up for one time slot from Monday-Thursday. We will also be open on Friday for drop-ins if a student has their teacher's permission. Friday will be used as a day if someone accidentally forgot their money, if they were absent on their shopping day or forgot someone on their list. This is NOT a shopping day to do a second round. Please ask your teacher what day they picked as it will go around their class schedule. Sign-ups are going out today to teachers. Gift wrapping will be available as well for all students. Looking forward to welcoming all of our students.
SPIRITWEAR UPDATE
Spiritwear will be arriving next week right in time for the holiday. Please be on the lookout by the end of the next week. We will get those orders to you as soon as they come in. If you indicated that you’d like it in the office for pickup for a holiday present, we will have them there and ready at your convenience. Someone will give you a call when they are ready for pickup! All other items will be coming home with your oldest child that attends Robinwood. Thank you for your support!
