Congratulations to those students who were chosen to be prefects for the 2017-18 school year! They attended an orientation and leadership workshop last Saturday!
DELF Junior Exam
The deadline to sign up for the DELF Junior exam is September 22nd. Students in Grades 9-12 are eligible to take this exam. The exam is offered only once a year and is needed for university admissions to a French speaking university. The certification is a life-long certification and can also be used when applying for jobs. Please contact the French Coordinator, Ms. Catherine, for more information at lebeckaragirwac@greenhillscademy.rw.
New Policies
The GHA Team worked hard over the summer to develop two new school policies to promote child welfare. We now have a Child Protection Policy and a Positive Behavioral Policy. We will now be focusing on merits and consequences, rather than demerits.
