Target audience: The School Board
Ad placement and reasoning
This poster will be email out to the school board members. We will also bring a printed copy to show the school board in their next meeting because direct communication is better
Propaganda Techniques
The poster uses testimonial to persuade the school board to value of the fine arts. Mozart's quote shows that he supports music. This presents valid reasoning that is enough to persuade the school board to support the program more. Glittering generality is used to reinforce the overall purpose of the campaign. Each fact encourages and motivates the school board to get their students to become more successful.

Target Audience: Teachers
Ad placement and reasoning
The ad will be placed in the education websites board. Because this advertisement is meant to be exposed to the teachers more than anyone, I thought the poster would have to be placed where the teachers would go very often. And I it is a common sense that the students aren't the only ones, but the teachers would be the ones that would visit their favorite educational website. And the advertisement will be advertised to the teachers if it's done so

Placement
This will be placed in the band hall. A poll was taken and 90% of the fine arts students go in the band hall at least once a day
Techniques
I used fear by saying if you don't do it you will get no money. This will get the kids wanting to Fundraise and make money. I used bandwagon by saying everyone is doing it and it is working for them. This will make the kids see that it works.
