What is Cuneiform and Hieroglyphics?
Cuneiform and Hieroglyphics are different types of written communication.
What Makes Them Similar:
They both were shown with symbols, although Hieroglyphics had more picture-like symbols.
The Difference Between Them:
A major difference between the two is that they were used by different types of people. The Egyptians were known for using Hieroglyphics, while the Mesopotamian people used Cuneiform. They had a different way of showing the symbols used in the language.

The Good and the Bad
Some good things and disadvantages to using these writing systems:
Hieroglyphics:
- Not as many symbols.
- Can be easy to translate.
- Difficult to write.
Cuneiform:
- Provided way of keeping documents.
- Lots of signs were hard to write.
- They were written on clay tablets, which could be difficult to carry.
