Sometimes students need brain break - a little time to get all the sillies and restlessness out of their system. It also helps them to be able to refocus and some think it raises test scores.
This week I wanted to share some that I have found that I think would be great to use in the classroom. They only take a few minutes of your time and I think they would be fun for us as teachers as well!
